Production Information

A titanium flange is a component made from titanium or titanium alloy that connects pipes together at their ends. It features holes for bolts that secure two flanges tightly, with gaskets used to ensure a leak-proof seal. Flanged pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings that include flanges. These flanges can be manufactured through casting, screw connections, or welding. A flange joint consists of two flanges, a gasket, and bolts and nuts. The gasket, placed between the sealing surfaces of the flanges, deforms under pressure from the tightened bolts, filling surface irregularities and ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection.

This titanium blind flange with a raised face, is available in Grades Gr2, Gr7, and Gr12. It’s used in the chemical industry and complies with ANSI B16.5, ASME B16.5, EN1092-1, JIS B2220, and DIN2627-2628 standards.
